Following a full career as a broad-based
industrial safety engineer and risk management professional, William English
has increasingly specialized in the prevention of falling occurrence to
pedestrians, including guidelines for constructing safer facilities and
consultation in forensic cases where people have been injured by falling,
including accident reconstruction and slip resistance measurement.
